Returning Products;

If you receive the product and you decide you no longer need or want the product you have ordered or the product is damaged during shipment, please contact us at to inform us of your return and your reasoning. Our restocking fee for every item is 10% if returning due to you deciding you no longer need or want. If the product is damaged you will be required to fill out our form for damaged goods and provide photos, then we review the returns request. When shipping the product back to us, you need to make sure it is securely packaged, as if damage is caused in transit the refund may not be accepted. The postage cost is the sole responsibility of the customer and this will not be refunded.

Returns deadline;

The product being returned must be returned within 30 days, from when the order was placed. 


If a refund is accepted, it will take 1-2 days to be processed and 1-2 days after this to appear in your account.
